About Elaina Brown

Elaina holds a BA from The University of Texas at San Antonio where she graduated with honors, is a licensed Real Estate
Sales Agent in the State of Texas and recently received her Property Administrator Certificate through the Building
Owner and Managers Association and continues to work towards obtaining her Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and
Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designations. Using her 20 plus years of commercial real estate experience she
provides property management services for office, retail, and industrial properties. She is responsible for the daily
operations of each property, including routinely inspecting each property to identify and prevent any property related
issues, working with vendors to obtain bids and ensure contract compliance, reviewing, and approving invoices,
reviewing, and entering leases and amendments into the property management software program, ensuring both
tenants and landlords are compliant with the terms of the lease agreement. Other responsibilities include keeping
clients up to date on how their assets are performing and providing recommendations and ideas to help increase the
assets performance, preparing annual budgets, maintaining budgetary control over building expenses, construction
management, and monthly reporting.
